I've had issues finding a gas plumber in the past. Turner plumbing was easy to work with from start to finish. I just needed maintenance on a tankless water heater. They communicated the day before and the day of my appointment on timing which I appreciated cause no one wants to wait around all day. Tyler was pleasant and quick. I would recommend this company and use them again.

I will call them again in the future and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you! Update: I received service 2 days in a row. The first day was John making general repairs to plumbing in my house and the second day was Robert installing a water heater. Everything I asked was taking care of by this company. They sent an electrician in the morning to replace a timer for my water heater and Robert came in the afternoon to install a Rheem water heater as requested. Everything was well coordinated on time and professionally done. I am super happy with Turner Plumbing’s service. Thank You!

TLDR: No Price Transparency I recently contacted Turner Plumbing for a quote on a new hot water heater. I want to be fair and mention that the technician who came out was professional, pleasant, and got the quote to me the next day as promised. However, the business practices regarding pricing transparency forced me to take my business elsewhere. The quote I received was a single 'all-in' figure with zero itemization. I requested a breakdown because the technician recommended a Rinnai unit (when I originally asked for Rheem) and I requested a specific add-on (a Wi-Fi module). Naturally, I needed to see the cost difference between the brands and the parts vs. labor to make an informed decision. When I texted them to ask for a breakdown, the response was, 'We do not itemize our quotes.' I found this incredibly disappointing. The total price was actually within the range I expected, but I cannot move forward with a company that refuses to be transparent. I recently had a roof installed where every cost—from shingles to flashing—was clearly listed, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. It is unfortunate that Turner does not offer the same clarity. They lost this job not because of the price, but because of the policy.
