On an extremely busy day, TCD was able to see me due to the excessive pain I was in. Dr Borel flawlessly extracted two severely damaged teeth with incredible skill. Every tech is highly skilled, incredibly kind, and go above and beyond to assist their patient- Dr Avendanio is also an absolute master. I’ve seen many dentists through the years, and no place has even come close to Turtle Creek Dental. I can’t say enough- They are the Very Best— A+ in patient care-

I have been a patient for several years, and I have always respected the quality of care provided by Dr. Bernard Avendanio, who remains an excellent and trustworthy dentist. Unfortunately, the overall patient experience at your office has declined dramatically. During my recent visit, I encountered extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from office manager, Jenilyn, as well as from members of the front desk staff. Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and lacked any sense of customer service or professionalism. I left the office feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. It is disappointing to see how the atmosphere of this clinic has changed. Seven years ago, Turtle Creek Dental offered a warm, organized, and patient-focused environment. Today, it appears that customer service has deteriorated significantly. The front desk team seems untrained in patient communication, and their actions give the impression that revenue is valued more than patient care. I strongly believe that the poor leadership and behavior displayed by the office manager, Jenilyn, is contributing to the clinic losing longstanding patients. Her conduct does not reflect the professionalism expected in a healthcare environment and does not align with the standard of care Dr. Avendanio provides. I am sharing this feedback not out of anger, but out of genuine concern. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at every step of their visit. I urge the administration to address these issues seriously and consider appropriate corrective action to restore the quality of service that Turtle Creek Dental was once known for.
can’t say enough good things about my dentist and hygienist! I am extremely particular when it comes to my dental care, and they always take the time to listen and make sure I feel completely comfortable. Every visit, I feel heard, cared for, and truly taken care of. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness make all the difference. I’m so grateful to have found a team I can trust! Turtle Creek Dental is hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and Dr. A is truly amazing—super gentle, patient, and made me feel completely at ease (as someone who has little dental experience, I know it’s terrible). I had several fillings done recently and both the procedure and recovery was unbelievably smooth. Doctor. A gives ample breaks, has the lightest touch, prioritizes your comfort the entire procedure, and truly doesn’t rush his work. I am truly so excited for my healthy teeth journey now and can’t believe I’d ever feel that way. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next appointment—and if you can’t say that about your current dentist, you should definitely try Turtle Creek Dentistry. Enjoy the photos. 😂
