0 stars would be more fitting, she ruined everything I had ordered with her. She guaranteed my dress was going to come in on time, it didn’t. Then recommended their lady, that does custom dresses, to do a similar dress. Less than a week before my event, the dress was not even close to being done, the frabric was too bunched up at the bodice and extremely heavy. The neckline was completely off and not flattering at all. So I had to go to a different boutique to buy something off the rack. I had also ordered suits for the court, and requested bow ties but sent me neckties. Terrible experience!
Please be advised the hours on the website are not correct. We went to get a tux for my son's high school prom. The lady was super helpful and the process easy. The various tuxedos are on display. Pick a jacket, pick a color for the tie and vest, take some measurements and you are done. I think we were finished in 15-20 minutes. 😃 The service was excellent.
Came for prom dresses in person super last minute and they were very helpful! They helped me tie the dresses and zip them up, brought me many options and did their best to help me find the one I liked best. They went to the back to check if they had my size… Literally did what a good dress store keeper would😌. The two ladies were funny I had a good time even though shopping stresses me out… Im surprised to see they have many low reviews, honestly they were nicer and more attentive than the other stores I went to try and shop at… Prices were average. 5/5 🥰🥰
Customer service was horrible! The lady working did not look interested in helping us at all. We scheduled an appointment but still had to wait as she helped someone that got there after us. She had me put on a white t-shirt and then put the dress over it, which made no sense. She was so careless and rough when she was helping me get in and out of dresses. (They were quinceañera dresses which require help) She didn’t even bother tying up the dresses correctly. One of the dresses had needles in it which caused it to poke me. Would not recommend!
Me gustó este lugar. Entré un mes antes de la boda y lo obtuve 3 días antes de la boda. Salió bien. Las medidas estaban perfectas. Llamaron para avisarme de que llegó. Hice que mis dos amigos irresponsables fueran a elegir sus trajes el mismo día que yo obtuve el mío, y están consiguiendo uno muy parecido para el día de la boda. Bueno por haber llegado súper tarde. No como el mío, pero bastante parecido. El servicio fue muy bueno, según mi experiencia.
