We rented a water slide/bouncy house combo for our son’s birthday. They were incredibly accommodating with delivery and pick up. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the option that was available for our event as the option originally rented had been damaged after I set up my rental. Communication was great. Highly recommend.
We ordered a bounce house for our wedding and were happy overall with the service provided. The bounce house was clean and well maintained. They were a little late arriving for setup, but otherwise we felt the service was fair for what we paid.
I've been renting bounce houses from TCI for the last 8 years, usually once a year for birthday parties or 4th of July. Wonderful company, they can't make it any easier for set up and take down. They are courteous and professional, take the time to go over instructions and clean the house in front of you. Our family plans on being loyal customers, we love them!
Awesome experience. Their crew made hosting a backyard birthday/neighborhood party for the kids an easy, huge hit. They did all the work on setup and tear down. Super friendly family company with super fast response to my questions (even on a weekend.) Looking forward to booking with them again.
Fueron tan fáciles de tratar, y llegaron puntuales tanto para la recogida como para la entrega. Tuvimos un espacio muy justo en nuestro patio trasero, pero el chico hizo que funcionara sin problema. La casa inflable estaba súper limpia y a los niños les ENCANTÓ. Gran precio para las 20 personas con las que lo compartimos :).
