I’ve been a customer for years. Was contacted about the Windows 10 support falling off this October and my unit was of an age that the Windows 11 wouldn’t work. Needed a new PC, had an exchange with Patrick, went with a Lenovo Think Pad. Seamless remote transfer of all my data, timely online exchanges on the open ticket. Reasonable cost for the PC, data transfer and shipping to my location. As long as I have & need a PC Patrick’s my IT person 24/7/365. I got a new refurbished (hardrive) computer system that came with a new screen, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and mousepad, and immediately contacted Twin Cities PC Repair.
