I can’t say enough good things about Two Maids. I hired them to do a deep cleaning for my uncle after he recently lost his wife, and the care and attention they showed meant more than words can express. The deep cleaning was exactly what he needed during such a difficult time—thorough, thoughtful, and done with real professionalism. They took a heavy burden off our family’s shoulders and gave my uncle a clean, comforting space to begin moving forward. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and quality of work. Highly recommend Two Maids to anyone needing more than just a routine cleaning.
So thats yalls answer?You charge full price? No cancelation fee? You just take people money at full price? Even when they call and try to find options. You offered none when I talked to you people. Do NOT use this company. They will stiff you and steal you lr money, offer no alternative, and then never answer their phone 90% of the time. Also, there cleaners sometimes clean well, so dont expect miracles. All you had to do was give me back my money, a cancelation fee was expected, but to flat out charge me without my authorization? Yeah, I will be going to every social forum I can to tell people about this shady unethical business. You think you can just take my money? Well, two can play that game. I got nothing, but time and a grievance. So, enjoy something you could have done in the beginning, and valued the customer. Your retention level will go down because people need to be informed about this kind of unethical behavior. You did not even ask if you could charge my card and I dont want to hear policy. I will be have my lawyer going over that policy. I just want it to be know. Do not do business with these people.
Okay, 2 maids. We are gonna have it out and I am gonna spend my entire next month writing nothing but the truth about your shady business practices. If I was anyone reading this I would never trust there people. They steal money without authorization from the card holder and it would make sense to have a cancel fee. That is not what these crooked people will do, but they will boil it down to a yes of no text. That text then gives them a power of god to take full price for the clean. 120 dollars gone in an instant and not service will be rendered. Want to call them back? Tough, they don't answer. Well, I can promise this to you. I will be making the rounds on all forums for the next few weeks. This business is a scam and the people running it are world class crooks.
