Great cleaning service! They were punctual, professional, kind and did a very thorough job. My home looked and felt amazing afterward. Highly recommend!
Save your money: Cleaners yourself or hire someone else. After reading the reviews, it seems that the crew that cleaned for everyone else did not provide service for me...maybe, they had an off day. Because, my wife and I were downsizing and extremely tired, sore and exhausted from moving, putting things in storage, heavy lifting and helping load items for organizations that we dobated to, I hired Two Maids Milwaukee for a Move-In service for an apartment. This is a higher priced service with allegedly higher cleaning touches. The service received definitely did not meet expectations and was a true disappointment. A film were left on some areas of the floor. Well, at least, we could tell there was an attempt to clean those areas. There was some dust (probably paint/construction) so loose that we could simply wipe with our hands. Kitchen stove was really disheartening. The new appliances are stainless steel and the stove was left smeared and with a film. Actually, it looked worse than before cleaning. And, while we expected some higher service due to service requested and price paid, there was not even a hint of simple dusting. There was dust and cobwebs left in our apartment on door frame. This seems like an obvious place to make a good impression. Basically, my wife and I have to reclean apartment. Two Maids offered to make it right by scheduling a revisit to clean to our satisfaction; however, I did not have confidence in Two Maids. Also, I did not want to be inconvenienced by scheduling another service. I was refunded the pre-tip, but we still over paid for service received.
I am so grateful I found this home cleaning service. It was such a gift to walk in to a clean home! They handled our very large puppy and made the kids rooms and bathroom absolutely spotless. From scheduling, to arrival, to thoroughness of the clean- thank you. We will be counting on this help for some time to come!
Best house cleaning I've ever had. Viridiana and Rosa did an absolutely fantastic job. I could not believe their thoroughness and attention to detail. I am honestly still blown away. Can't imagine ever using anyone else!
A good experience from start to finish. Ivette was most helpful and communication was excellent. Bella and Bianca were professional and did wonderful work. They were just lovely to work with. Best/ they left my home sparkling.
