Mervin and Josue. I had a great experience. The service was extremely fast without ever feeling rushed. They took exceptional care of all my belongings and handled everything professionally from start to finish. Everything was done completely by the book, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They were also very patient and answered every question I had along the way. Highly recommend them if you want a reliable, careful, and efficient moving team.

I’ve used Two Men And A Truck in my previous moves and had excellent service and Care . They were two professionals. This time, however was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I was very specific about not damaging my Marble table and Instead of putting it on a dolly and push pushing it out safe safely, they decided to Carry it out. There was one guy on each end in one of the guys was scrawny. The non-scrawny guy said we probably should have three people and as I said yes across the room they dropped my Expensive marble table. It shattered the corner and even revenant so it came out of the blanket it was wrapped in. I was mortified because I was so specific about that piece not being damaged. That same scrawny guy who dropped that end of the table 10 minutes later dropped a small filing cabinet and lied about the damage. He broke one of the wheels on it and was aware of it and decided not to tell me. I Happen to see the wheel damaged when It was going up the left on the truck. They damaged our air hockey table because they had to remove the legs and when they were maneuvering it, they cracked two spots on the supportive legs. when they were moving the Shuffleboard Table that was brand new, they hit the scoreboard and it ripped it out of the side. And the chrome piece on our foosball table was damaged and somehow the chrome piece is nowhere to be found. Before the move had started, I had talked with the office multiple times to ensure that I was clear on where the trucks were going to go. I had two stops to make before we were to go to the main house to pack everything up. I was told by the office that both the trucks would be at one location. I learned when I got to the first location that the other truck was at the other location which they weren’t supposed to be there until 10 A.m. So I was being charged for four guys and only two guys were working for that hour. Then one of the guys was sick with the flu and literally helped with barely anything. He spent most of his time either in the truck or on the curb sitting down. I had to ask him to fold blankets or do something where he wasn’t having to actually move so I wasn’t just paying for nothing. But he did take so many breaks because he was sick. I felt bad for the guy and he should’ve also been swapped out with someone else, but supposedly they were shorthanded.They did swap out the scrawny guy with somebody else as I didn’t want any more damage done to my belongings by that guy. The new guy was very helpful, so the three guys who were doing all the work did do a great job. I hate that they lost a tip and a good review because of two people On the team who brought them down. The last thing that happened was the damage report was never sent to the Q&A office so I had to call them three days later to find out the status of how we’re going to replace my Marble table and fix the other damages. Because I have had a better experience with Two Men And A Truck before and the three out of the five guys did work hard. I am giving this rating two stars versus one. It is so disappointing that my marble table got damaged. I hope they make things right.

Matthew and Josue were completely incredible. They literally never stopped working. Everything was wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap and I could tell they were really doing everything they could to make sure our stuff was protected. They completely exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and these two gents. Took all the stress out of the move completely.
