Was utterly amazed at the service provided to me for my move. Tyler, Collin, and Israel were the very best at there job, taking great care, had great attitudes, friendly, extremely helpful, and not one item was damaged or scratched. They completed this move in what I would say is record breaking time, working hard and making sure everything was handled with care. Theee best service experience I think I’ve ever had in my life, would hire them hands down, and it was very affordable. Thanks for making my moving experience a great time, I’m very thankful!!
Moving day and every day leading up to that day for that matter is a very stressful day but the team made the move very easy. They were very efficient and engaging. I was amazed how quickly they got the truck packed and unpacked while at the same time being thoroughly careful with our furniture. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone in need of a mover
Eddie, Joe, and Collin worked together like a well boiled machine. They were efficient and didn't waste a minute. They took great care with my furniture and handled a challenging disassembly task very smoothly. I cannot say enough about their exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Writing a negative review is never something I set out to do, but unfortunately my experience with Two Men and a Truck moving company in Toledo, Ohio needs to be shared so that others are aware. While preparing my 86-year-old mother’s home for repairs after water damage, I contacted this company specifically for packing-only services. I clearly explained that we did not need anything moved, only clothing and miscellaneous items packed. Their website advertises packing-only services, and when I called, I was assured that they could accommodate exactly what we needed. They quoted $205 per hour for a three-person team and scheduled a date for an in-home assessment and for the actual packing. The assessor came to the home, took pictures, and seemed visibly annoyed when they learned that another company would be moving our furniture into a POD. Still, nothing was said about packing services being an issue. Two days later, I received a call stating that they “do not pack only” and would not be providing the service. I was stunned. I asked why they told me otherwise, why they came to my home for an estimate, and why they scheduled a packing date if they had no intention of following through. Their explanation was that the website is “national” and not all locations offer packing-only services despite the fact that they clearly advertised it and initially confirmed they could do it. The truth is, they do offer packing-only services; they simply refused to honor it because we hired a different company to handle our furniture. The items they were scheduled to pack were not even being moved out of the home. I have never dealt with a company that so blatantly misled me. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time as we try to support an elderly parent and repair her home. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had with a packing or moving company, and I felt it was important to share.
Two Men and a Truck are an Amazing moving company! I have used them on previous moves and they consistently work to help make this stressful experience run as smooth as possible. They arrive on time and ready to go! They fully explain the process and ask about your concerns! All three movers were very pleasant and professional.They work very fast, yet take great care to wrap each furniture item and carefully move them. Once at the new destination they take great care to help arrange and set up to your satisfaction!! My entire experience from start to finish ran seamless. The office staff is knowledgeable and can answer all questions and concerns you have before the big day! Awesome Team!!
