I used Two Small Men with Big Hearts to move locally within BC and I had a great experience with them. The moving crew where professional, friendly and they arrived on time and handled my stuff with care. Moving is usually a stressful experience but thanks to them it was smooth and organized! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy movers. Thank you!
Recently just moved my mom across the country. I have used multiple moving companies over the years and have had amazing experiences with the level of attention to detail and care. I was not there for when the truck got packed as I live in another province but was there when the truck arrived at my mom's new location. When they opend the doors my jaw almost hit the floor. Looked as if everything was just thrown in, there was pictures and furniture just thrown in. Not wrapped or use of moving blankets while there was an entire stack of moving blankets just sitting at the back of the truck not being used. Zero attention to detail, few pictures were broken due to lack of care, furniture got more wear and tear dings and Knicks due to not being wrapped at all. One of the moving helpers quit after the job as he was embarrassed how poorly this move was packed and it was not up to his standards of what he is use to. Based off our recent experience for getting charged top dollar for well below average attention to detail and services I will not use this company or would recommend to anyone.
From my first communication to the last piece of furniture put into place Two Small Men With Big Hearts were professional and great to work with. They arrived on time and communicated with me clearly what needed to be done. They were friendly and kind and if I move again (hope not to!) I would definitely use them again. Thank you for making moving day stress free!
These folks were really great to work with starting from the top with Warren & Kristin. They gave me the confidence in the firm with their confirmed price and helping me through some issues. Moving day, Mohammad was the lead mover over the two day move and he was outstanding in his efforts, professionalism & patience. Newly widowed, making this move on my own was far easier than anticipated and for that I am thankful. I am happy to recommend them.
Amazing service. The bill was as predicted. Also, we were surprised how quickly these gentlemen loaded the truck (a full flight of stairs for every load) and then moved and unloaded our possessions. Nothing broken, damaged or lost. Even my 5' tall plants have survived. They worked well together, and were polite and courteous. From the time we made the first call to the time the guys left the new address, it was a great experience. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family.
