This was the worst experience of my life. While moving out the lead man drank beer and smoked a joint in front of us and my neighbours. He was very hyper and excitable, which made me uneasy. I had a big piece of art that I did not want them moving as it’s so fragile. That same man decided to take it down from the wall and pack it without telling me. After they drove away, I realized they had taken it and I called the driver with concerns. He told me he packed it ever so gently and made sure that it would not be damaged. He then told us we had to email Tips to everybody and how much we should have tipped him. He then proceeded to call me repeatedly for a few days to remind me about his tip. I called the company and explained what happened. Requested that he did not move me into the new house as you made me very uncomfortable and I did not want him knowing where I lived. I’ve been explained to the company about my priceless piece of art that is irreplaceable and a family heirloom. They understood that this man took the art without my permission. On the move into my new house, the heirloom was destroyed. It cannot be fixed. The artist has passed away and cannot help. It was absolutely beside myself. There were also other damages to furniture, lampshades, and wall hangings that were properly boxed, but were damaged during the move. The company will not compensate me for the artwork because I did not have it packaged properly, and it was my responsibility. However, I did not allow it to be taken and did not know it was gone until it was too late. The contract does not allow for mistakes like this therefore I am unable to claim, even though it was not my fault. I have to say they are not reliable or trustworthy and the contract sucks

This was my second time moving with this company, and absolutely wonderful both times! Very professional, friendly, and accomodating. My recent move was in the middle of winter, extremely cold temperatures and lots of snow. They moved everything quickly and with care, and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Thanks for helping us into our new home!

Great job with my move! They were on-time and efficient. I had 3 men because it was a heavy move. Yup, they hauled out a full upright piano! They also moved some heavy dressers, that they shrink-wrapped. The entire move was top notch and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want your move to be stress-free. This company is 5+ stars.

Thomas and his crew were very professional, fast and efficient while still careful with all belongings. They moved 2 small apartments for us and got them done in one morning. Dylan and his crew also moved 2 small units. These guys get right to business and don’t waste any time. Another professional, fast and efficient crew. Great job guys!

Do not recommend at all. Damaged several items. Discussed additional insurance at length with Bryce and now they’re trying to say I never purchased it. Do not do business with this moving company. Their movers are only concerned with finishing the job quickly. They didn’t wrap my furniture in moving blankets & thought a thin piece of plastic film wrap would do the job. They broke my desk & tv. Cannot say enough not to trust them.
