I have been to Two Ten Jackson twice now and each time I have had a great experience. The hush puppies are my fave, as well as the Hot Tadashi drink ✨ The atmosphere is great, the service is amazing-so friendly and attentive! A great spot for a cozy date or meet up with friends over some ramen and sushi. It can be pricey if you’re like me and my husband and like to order everything, or it can be moderately priced if you get ramen and an app. Either way will definitely be back.

The food is excellent. Maybe we went at an off time but the service was below average for a forced 25% tip. Go for the food but do not be surprised at less than stellar service. Also the 3%credit card fee was just icing on the cake.

Today was our Second time Coming over for dinner and both times were just as memorable. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is amazing and the whole staff are beyond, loving and accommodating. We had the absolute honor and delight of having Hailey as her server both times and she is amazing. Not only she relatable, funny and very knowledgeable, she is great at her job. She recommend recommended great foods based on our pallet, and she’s always aware attentive and caring to our needs and desires as a customer. If you love, sushi, Ramen, and grilled items, this is a place worth checking out. I myself absolutely HATE Sushi and I found myself trying it today because of how delicious it looked. My husband and I drove out of Wears Valley Tennessee today just to come here tonight because our first time was so delicious a few weeks ago cI’ve had the pleasure of meeting Hailey, Jackie, and Indigo and they are all so unique, awesome and add on to the uniqueness of the business. 10/10 recommend and will gladly come out of my way to visit this establishment

It was my 1st time visiting and I will need to be back. My parents and I were visiting Tennessee from TX and wanted to try something different. Decided to visit Two Ten Jack and we were sooooo happy. The food was amazing and delicious. Such a beautiful restaurant ❤️

Two Ten Jack made our night—Ashley was incredible, and the whole team went above and beyond. We came in as a party of 11, which can be a challenge for any restaurant, but Two Ten Jack handled it with ease and grace. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, organized, and clearly committed to making our experience smooth and memorable. Ashley was our server, and she was phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, and full of great energy, she took care of our large group like a pro. She didn’t just take orders—she guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations that helped everyone find something they loved. Her suggestions were spot-on, and thanks to her, we got to try a variety of dishes that showcased the best of Two Ten Jack’s Japanese-inspired menu. The food was outstanding. From the rich, comforting ramen to the creative sushi rolls and flavorful small plates, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The garlic noodles and wagyu gyoza were especially memorable, and the cocktails were just as impressive. Despite the size of our group, service was timely and seamless. Ashley kept everything flowing with warmth and precision, and her genuine care made us feel like honored guests.
