If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. This April will mark 10 months since they have supposedly been “working” on my car, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and exhausting. The first time I brought my car in for a transmission issue, the repair process seemed reasonable. I got the car back in about two weeks, and I was told the transmission replacement came with a warranty, which gave me some peace of mind. Unfortunately, that peace of mind didn’t last long. Within a month of getting my car back, the transmission started having problems again. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the issue and assured me that they would honor the warranty and take care of the problem. Based on that promise, I brought the car back to them expecting a timely resolution. Instead, the situation has turned into a complete nightmare. By April 2026, my car will have been sitting at their shop for 10 months. During that entire time, I have never once received a proactive update from them. Not a phone call, not a message, nothing. Every single time I want to know what’s going on with my vehicle, I have to be the one calling them. And when I do call, I’m given vague answers, excuses, or told something different each time. It feels like I’m constantly being sent in circles with no real progress or accountability. The lack of communication is unacceptable. When someone leaves their vehicle with a shop, especially for something as serious as a transmission replacement, the least they should expect is honesty, updates, and a reasonable timeline. Instead, I’ve been left without my car for nearly a year while getting little to no clear information about what is actually being done. At this point, the entire situation feels incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time and trust. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering bringing their vehicle here think twice. A warranty doesn’t mean much if the shop takes nearly a year to supposedly honor it and can’t even keep the customer informed. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop.

It was the best I called to get a quote took my car to the shop within an hour they called me back gave me a great price and my car was fixed in three days. They have great customer service they told me everything that was going on with the car before they fixed it and called when it was done. They explained the service that was done and that I have a warranty on it if anything happens to bring it back and they will fix it. Truly appreciate how they helped me out and they were located right here in Terrell so I didn’t have to drive far or get my car towed in

Well staff was kind and respectful but they always find away to get money from you, my understanding warranty is to make sure the item you put in is still working as good when they installed it but the catch is to get or keep warranty you have to pay almost 200..00 to have them start warranty
