My wife and I found our dream house (despite not actively looking) and it was listed by Lance and his team. Lance's expertise made the buying process seamless, and when a couple minor items arose from the inspection, Lance knew which contractors to reach out to and even helped coordinate repairs. Given how great the purchasing experience was, we then chose to have Lance's team list our home. We received two offers at asking price within three days of listing, and we closed within 30 days. I would recommend Lance and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell!
