I had a cracked phone screen. The manufacturer offered me two options. I could send in my phone for repairs or I could visit uBreakiFix. They would have repaired my device for $270 but the advertised turnaround time was 5 to 10 days. I was able to walk-in at uBreakiFix and have my device repaired within two hours from the moment I stepped in. uBreakiFix did cost more (they charged $330) but I was happy to pay the $60 difference to get my device back on the same day. The folks I interacted with in-person were polite and professional. Overall it was a very straightforward experience.
Everyone at UBreak... is great. I've brought several devices into their Seattle store over the years and have always received highly professional services and completely knowledgeable technicians. Their estimates on time and costs are also very accurate. I highly recommend them.
This place was amazing! 5+ stars. Jason and Chris fixed my dad's phone quickly and were super helpful. Price was reasonable as the data on my dad's broken phone was priceless to him. Highly recommend!
I would like to say thank you for the excellent service! We contacted you because there were issues with the camera Samsung S25 Ultra. The next day we received a call saying that a replacement camera had arrived. And the following day we came in, and everything was fixed within two hours. Special thanks to Rueben. He is truly one of the best employees. Please take good care of him and give him a bonus!)))
Came here to get my flip screen protector replaced. After paying $40 and was told I have 2 weeks to come back of the screen protector is bad. I came back since the sides started to peel on the 3rd day and the rep was trying to push me away saying this is the best I will get. After he got an okay from their team members that it's okay to replace my phone he states that they don't have any screen protector in stock and will have to order more but will call me when they have received them. My screen has gotten even worse and I still haven't received my call. Edit 8/13/2025: Looks like they took out the response post they had for me and haven't responded to my emails after they stated this store will get back to me which they still haven't. Requested for money back so I can get it fixed at their Lynnwood location (they are same but same) If I get no response then I will take the next necessary step. Edit: They worked with me worked with me to be able to get a screen at their other location.
