Kennedy provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly thorough, attentive to every detail, and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly and completely. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone who is both highly competent and genuinely pleasant to work with Kennedy truly goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend her services.
I have bought used phones in the past on Swappa + eBay but found these guys locally last week when I dropped my iphone and needed a replacement right away. They were patient and polite on the phone and said they had the model I wanted in stock, a refurbished iPhone 13 with an excellent 95% battery power. When I showed up to buy it, Kennedy at the front counter was super helpful with all my questions about transferring my back-up to the new device. I had to hang around for a while on their wifi and observed that they were similarly helpful and friendly to other customers who came or phoned in, even when things got busy. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY HERE AGAIN.
Really quick and easy service. Everyone was really kind and respectful. They helped me change my appt from a mobile appt to a walk in with ease. The repair to my phone screen was under an hour. Would definitely come here again if needed.
I dropped off my Xbox Series X to have the Hdmi port change because it wasn't given off a signal to my TV and it was confirmed that it was my Hdmi port when it was dropped off on Sunday. Mondays comes and I get a text saying that they couldn't it working like they wanted and was told to pick it up. Now mind you that the Hdmi port was the only thing needed changing. So I proceeded to take my Xbox Series X somewhere else to get fixed and when I got there, the guy couldn't even get my Xbox to stay on . I never had that problem before came into u break I fixed. They actually sabotage or messed up my motherboard . It might just be that location on 8th st. Se but I will advise you not to bring your Gaming consoles there at all because im not sure if their tech knows what he's doing. This from a Heated customer that paid $800 for my Xbox Series X. I want to give no stars but it won't let me.
They did an iPhone battery replacement for me in 20 minutes after I had had an appointment with the Apple Store and they were gonna make me wait two hours after my appointment slot because they were backed up. Thank you so much such great service and quick! Highly recommend!
