Called ahead to see if battery was available, confirmed it was. Made appt online for the battery. Showed up for appt and they sold the battery, didn't order a new one for my appt, and also didn't bother to call and tell me. Had to reschedule which was super annoying. I recommend actually putting a deposit down, regardless if they tell you its not needed since its a "common item." I listened to them and ended up having to reschedule with them selling it. As far as the actual repair, that was 5 stars. It was very quick, staff member was courteous and they were very knowledgeable. I made sure the second time I had them phsycially make a work order with money down, to ensure my battery would be there at appt time.

My 2 year old smashed my screen and Verizon had this store as an option to fix my screen! I’m so glad I chose this location! The manager was super friendly and was honest! She helped me make an appointment and even showed me an option through Verizon that I qualified for a clean and free screen protector! The process didn’t take long and I was able to get my phone fixed the same day! I highly recommend this location! My phone looks excellent and best part is the screen protector that was put on is literally perfect and I’m able to text as normal! Thank you so much (I wish I got her name) you are so awesome and kind!

Tara C and Tara Q are amazing! This is my second repair I've had through this company (both my fault, klutz that I am) and they have gone above and beyond for helping me repair my phone! The service is incredibly fast and my phone has returned to me working better than before! The shop is kept impeccably clean and has a comfortable waiting area.
