Samsung's policy of not allowing for specific portions of a phone to be repaired is predatory beyond belief. I could have had a working, usable phone for around $210, was even willing to pay around $400 if it got my charging port fixed. There is no reason a single camera needed to be fixed on that day. Never purchasing from Samsung again.

I was considering taking my camera here to get fixed. I called twice to ask if they offer the type of repair I needed. I didn't get to speak to a human- it was an automated system...which repeated the same question over and over again. It started by asking me what I needed help with. I answered and it would start to reply, but then it would cut back to the original question. After about 4 rounds of that I hung up and tried again. Same exact experience. Not going to a repair shop that has a messed up automated phone system.

Great overall experience. Friendly service and straight to the point about repairs and cost estimate. Time estimate for my specific phone repair (broken camera lens) was 3-4 hours but ended up getting done within an hour! Definitely worth the cost of repair, 10/10 recommend 👏🏻
