Henry helped us with storage, photo backup. He was amazing and very patient. So diligent - what he didn't know , he researched. Got it all done. And while this was all happening I watched him wait on all the other guests that came in, always pleasant, treating everyone respectfully. Loud client came in and demanded attention the minute she walked in and he just handled her and everyone else graciously. What a great person.
Great experience!!! Henry was courteous, professional, kind and patient with helping me transfer data from an android, which had lost screen visibility, to a new iPhone. He was able to attach a temporary screen to transfer almost everything over, which was a huge deal to me, and so greatly appreciated!!! I would highly recommend, as they seem to be able to do almost anything!!!
HONEST, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I thought my Dell G laptop was fried (would not power on) so I brought it to the uptown location where Henry asked if he could take the laptop in the back service area and take a quick look at it. Henry came out a few minutes later and my laptop was working, he explained that the battery connection came loose. He then said no charge for the help. Wow! Highly recommend.
Henry did a great quickly helping me with a charging port issue on my iPhone. Short wait in line and he managed multiple customers at the same time. I was in and out after what couldn’t have been more than ten minutes thanks to Henry. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with my phone again, but if it does I know I’ll be stopping back in here.
After a major inconvenience with a customer before me, the workers handled it professionally. Great communication with us customers after that situation- great attitude! Got my phone fixed very fast! 5/5 Great composure and friendly energy!
