Excellent service and got the job (2 iPhone screen replacements) done in only a few hours. New screens work and look great. The cost has gone up a lot in the last few years but that's probably due to a bunch of factors, including the phones themselves. Gone are the days of $100 screen replacements.
They’ve helped me twice both times were very helpful and did a fantastic job. Transferred all my data from an old computer to a brand new one and they also did a wonderful tuneup job on my old computer.!! Prompt knowledgeable and very helpful!

My experience with this phone repair service was horrible so I feel compelled to warn others. The customer service was abysmal. The wait time is horrible, I waited as 3 team members assisted one person. So after some time, I stepped closer to the counter and one of team members said I be with shortly and walked in the back of the store and never returned. Maybe the don't like customers that file claims through Verizon extended warranties.
I walked in with a digital camera that had a swollen battery, and Alex helped me right away. Less than 3 minutes later, he had the battery safely removed and didn’t even charge me! Excellent, super fast service — highly recommend!
