Had a Switch Lite screen repaired here around 2 years ago. Was not fixed within given time frame (was supposed to be a week. Contact about the progress was nonexistent. Eventually said the delivery for the screen was delayed, then still didn't get worked on until calling again a week later and complaining). The fixed screen had multiple smudges and other grime UNDERNEATH it. I hope they at least wipe them down now before replacing them, because this was and still is extremely disappointing. Would not recommend for handheld gaming console repairs.
One of the only places I know open on a Sunday which I was pretty happy about since that was my only day off that week! I needed my son HDMI port on his ps5 fixed. I made an appointment online and received a call saying they were slow and I could come in early which actually worked out in my favor since I was already in the area doing a little shopping. Once entering the store I was greeted by 2 gentleman (Eastgate location). I was given full detail on the amount it would be, time framing it should be ready for pick up, and even told about a warrant that not only covers my son ps5 but up to 4 other devices/appliances inside my home!! Before leaving the store I was told the estimated pick up would be the upcoming Thursday I actually received a call today Monday January 5th that my son game was done and ready to be picked up my son was extremely happy and I was extremely happy with there service I definitely recommend not only because they were fast but they were nice very detailed and very caring!! Something I don't experience at most places and not to mention how clean and well maintained the store was with a fragrance you would love to smell walking into your own home 10/10 good job fellas keep up the good work! Happy customer here ♥️
I completely shattered the back of my phone and this place did an amazing job of fixing it! I was able to come in, and it only took them an hour and a half to fix. The staff is very nice and will answer any questions you have. I definitely recommend going here if you have broken any electronic device.
UbreakIfix in Eastgate did an excellent job with my laptop. I had a hardware problem (broken hinge where the screen meets the keyboard). They had to order a few parts which took under 2 weeks. Once the parts came in they contacted me. I brought the laptop in and they had it fixed in under 2 hours so, I had no downtime! They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Cost of repair and parts was under $200. Very reasonable. Highly recommend these guys!
Amazingly fast & friendly service!! My son had an iPhone with a horribly cracked screen that also was flashing green on over half the phone. Dylan & Steve went above and beyond to help us from to start to finish!! Bonus my son’s phone was fixed in 15 mins on a Thursday!!! I will definitely be going back again and I highly recommend visiting Dylan & Steve for all your repair needs!!
