I stopped in, without an appointment, because my new Lenovo computer camera was not working. No help from Lenovo, but Kay offered to look at the drivers and within 30 seconds found the switch over the camera which blocked the view. She was so calm and courteous. This not my first experience with uBreakiFix and every time I have been extremely satisfied. If I could give them more than 5 Stars, I would.
When you ever have any issues with your devices should consider this their only go to place for full on professional service and high quality products m! Make sure to ask for Kay! She had me in and out within a hour!!! Best around for sure!!!!! Thank you so so much!
Micah at uBreakiFix was totally awesome. First off, he’s incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. More importantly, he actually paid attention to the problem. He noticed right away why my iPad wouldn’t charge — my kid had snapped off the male tip of the charging cable inside the port. Micah pulled out some specialty tweezers, popped it right out in seconds, and said, “This one’s on the house.” I then asked about replacing the battery, and instead of upselling me, he walked me through the cost honestly and pointed out that at that price point, I was getting very close to the cost of a newer used iPad. That kind of transparency is rare. Super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. These guys are great — especially Micah. Highly recommend.
This place is amazing! Clean waiting area, extremely nice and helpful staff. Caleb knew exactly what was wrong with my charging port as soon as I explained what was going on. He knew I didn’t have time to wait today, and they’d be closed tomorrow. So, he said hold on let me try something. 3 minutes later, literally, my phone was fixed and I was out the door! I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs a quality phone repair shop!
Best phone repair shop in town! I had an amazing experience here. From the very beginning, the staff explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details. They were super honest, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. You can really tell they care about their customers — they took the time to check everything carefully and kept me updated the whole time. Their customer service is top-notch, and they treated me with great respect. I truly appreciate how professional and friendly everyone was. Definitely 100% recommended to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled phone repair service!
