We had an appointment for a second lobe piercings at another shop, and missed it due to cancelled flights, BUT NO FEAR KAYLA IS HERE!!! Kayla helped us as a walk in. She worked quickly, efficiently, and beautifully to get my teenager her second lobe piercings, BEFORE we rushed to the airport to board our flight home. She helped multiple clients before us, worked with our extremely tight schedule, while still providing a safe, clean, and kind environment for my teen. My kiddo is beyond grateful Kayla was able to squeeze her in, walk her through the process, pick out jewelry and pierce both ears in less than 30 min. I don't recommend rushing, but I cannot express how much it meant to us they made it work for us, even our tight schedule. Thank you Kayla! Thank you everyone else in that shop who helped us, everyone was so kind. I didn't catch her name during the process, but our experience was so amazing I went searching and found out Kayla was out saviour! WHAT AN AMAZING SHOP AND AMAZING HUMANS!!! I will always recommend this place, and we will be back for more piercings!
I got my septum pierced here yesterday. I’ve been to a lot of shops all over the country (I have multiple piercings and most of my body is covered in tattoos), and this is by far one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable places I have been. The piercer was amazing. She’s super pleasant, professional, and I didn’t even notice when she pierced my septum. Truly a professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
I brought my daughter in for a flat piercing. This place has a great feel about it, good energy. The piercer Kayla (who has amazing style, by the way) is thorough, kind, and patient. She did a wonderful job with my daughter and made it such a good experience. My daughter is happy with how the piercing turned out. The aftercare instructions were top notch, Kayla also showed us an online resource for piercing aftercare that we could reference and told us to reach out with any questions. I can't say enough good things.
Haven’t had a tattoo done here yet, but have no doubt in the quality of tattoos. Kayla, the piercer has always been amazing from the start. She is always comforting and chill. I’ve had at least five piercings done by her now, and she never makes me feel uncomfortable. Everyone is always nice even if it’s just for a piercing.
I had the opportunity to work with Levi, an apprentice at the shop. He did an amazing job. You don’t often find artists who are as compassionate and down to earth as him. His communication was excellent and I never once felt like he was unapproachable or intimidating, like I have felt with artists in the past. I appreciated his artistic integrity and honesty during the planning process and even though we changed the design a couple times, I’m so happy with what I ended up with. I am extremely happy with the design and execution, I felt very well cared for during the tattoo. He was very compassionate, valuing my comfort and pain tolerance, and very encouraging during the rough parts. He communicated very well during each stage, from beginning to end and If I could recommend anyone to get their first tat from a specific artist, it would 100% be Levi.
