The folks who were working the evening of Friday, July 26, 2024 deserve a big fat raise! We came a long way to play laser tag for our kid’s birthday, and they went out of their way to make the birthday kiddo feel super special. It was such a memorable visit. The maze and challenges were great, the play time was long, and we all came out sweating because of how engaging it was. Definitely worth the drive! Thank you Ultrazone crew!

Multiple games had out of order sticky notes. Some games didn’t have out of order stickers but should have. A few games weren’t even powered on. The only good thing was I asked for a refund and they gave me one without any trouble. I’m never going back. That was the worst arcade I’ve ever been to.

Was not able to play laser tag but the host ( employee)was so pleasant! He allowed myself and a friend go thru the maze and gave us a tour! He was funny and did great impersonation!!!

Went there for a birthday party. Located downstairs of the food court. Friendly staff. Birthday section is a bit small. Overall decent size for a few hours of fun. A little outdated looking. The jeopardy torch screen is difficult to tap. It wouldn't work well for us. Rock climb was neat. No kids under 45 pounds are allowed on it.
