This place is very unique and cool to walk around. I think it’s a great place for collectors who may be looking for something very specific. For the average thrift/antique shop girly it’s fun to look around, but you probably won’t buy anything. The prices are very high compared to other shops. It’s a cool vibe though if you happen to be in the area. I wouldn’t go back, just due to pricing but it was a fun little stop. It is beautifully set up by the employees, who all seemed very friendly and helpful.
So many odd objects, lots of treasure antiques or all staffs. Found an Asia guan-in with child statue and few natural crystals quite appealing. Store is organized and service people is nice. It is worth to come to visit and you may find your losing treasures.
They've got a lot of great stuff but its super expensive for no reason. Like they have little plastic animal figures for like $7, photos for $30. Their jewelry is super awesome but again you're looking at $160+ for a simple silver ring. I get it they are curating it all and its not that pricey but it kinda takes the fun out of it a little, you dont walk away feeling like you scored, it just feels like you went to a store and bought something and it happened to be an antique.
We wandered into Uncommon Objects on our San Antonio-Austin trip, and it was a highlight for sure. The store is not only expertly curated but really thoughfully and beautifully laid out. From their jewelry to ceramics, glassware and artwork, it almost feels like walking through a museum. Every corner reveals something new and intriguing. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We were so happy we visited during our trip!
We were headed back to Dallas from San Antonio and our daughter in law wanted to check out some vintage places. You really have your like this kind of stuff you admire the huge vintage collection the sell. We will be back again
