This place was horrible, I brought a steam deck with screen issues in, they replaced the screen and then it immediately fell out because they didn't even install it correctly. Then the buttons stopped working, they stripped screws, messed up the internal cables, and charged me more than I paid for the device itself. I was supposed to get a notification for the repair being done, they barely answer the phone, and I went back 3 weeks later they claimed they called and texted but there was no call or text. This place is a scam, I don't want them to touch my devices ever again, and recommend no one else does as well. I had a third party technician take a look at the device and note how horrible the last repair shop left my device. I feel scammed, and I'm sure the owner or staff don't care either. 0/5 stars.

They were extremely professional in their assistance, addressing my issues with my PC frequently crashing. I assumed that I needed a new graphics card, but it was not the case. Their service was exceptional.

Dropped off a super messed up USB that had my most updated thesis on it. The USB had come apart and required hours of soldering. Within 24 at Adam had it fixed and all my stress went away. He also gave me a very reasonable price, which is much appreciated given they are in college area. I would absolutely recommend this place and glad we have it in the area.

I honestly thought my laptop was gone, I was trying to remove dust from it and it never powered back on. I made my way to Undead Electronics on a Saturday and the rep stated they might not be able to fix it until Monday. I get a call 3 hours later, and they've not only replaced the charging plug that powers the laptop, they must've cleaned it real good, because my machine hasn't run this well since the day I bought it! 5 stars, if you have anything going on with your machine, don't wait, you have nothing to lose!
