Definitely lives up to the hype! Decent queue on a Sunday morning, but moved quickly and my goodies are still warm (bonus: car now smells AMAZING) Worth getting out of bed for on a weekend ;)
The second cardamom bun I bought for my daughter may not last the morning, what a work of art, absolutely blew me away with its tangled dough sugar and spice. You guys should be proud of these little masterpieces, beautiful stuff!

This is hands down the best cinnamon roll and cardamom bun I’ve ever had! I’m not usually a big fan of cinnamon, but this one completely won me over – it was absolutely amazing. I loved it so much I came back two days in a row and even bought some to take home. They taste even better after a quick warm-up in the oven 😋 Highly recommended!
Under in Mawson is a gem for both savoury and sweet treats. Their focaccias are delicious, with flavourful, generous toppings and huge portions that seriously satisfy. The sweets are just as impressive. The standout for me was the dark chocolate rye cookie—ate it way too quickly to get a photo! It had melty dark chocolate, a perfect sprinkle of salt to complement the sweetness, and a wonderfully chewy texture. Other gorgeous-looking sweets include a vibrant plum tart, the famed cinnamon bun, and an intriguing onion togarashi roll. Definitely worth a visit if you’re after bold flavours and quality bakes! The only (very very minor) downside is not having much space to eat in if you can't wait to take your goodies home. First world glutton problems.
