Underdog Wine is our favorite wine shop in Kansas City! The shop is small but packs a big punch. The wine selection is expertly curated with wines from every price range and from every part of the world. Excellent selection of spirits to boot! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Wine tastings and classes are held regularly. Highly recommended!

I stopped in needing some closing gifts for clients. I'm not a wine drinker, and the owner helped me with the selection. The store was well stocked with lots of selections, and I was able to get in and out very timely.
Have always loved the specials they have on cases of wine. Was excited to go there on Saturday to purchase a couple of bottles of wine. The guy working actually treated us like something on the bottom of his shoe. Probably won't go back. Didn't mean to disturb him by making a purchase............
My Aussie Minnie says Underdog is a must stop on every walk, even when the store is closed (as in the photo). We like to get treats there. I make tasty cocktails with my treats. Minnie eats hers on premises. My wife says the wine tastings are fun and educational.
