Easy, seamless experience. Azu was great, made me feel very comfortable! No complaints! They were accommodating to my time schedule and the staff was great.
This is honestly my favorite place to get waxing done. Lianna J is incredibly friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I have very sensitive skin, and she took extra care to make the experience as gentle and painless as possible. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were also warm and polite!
This was my first time here and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. I rarely write negative reviews, but this just rubbed me the wrong way. The service (bikini - boyshorts) felt extremely rushed, and the woman who helped me didn’t say a single word or check if I was comfortable at all. She finished so quickly and walked out before I even had the chance to look, and there were still a lot of hairs left. I had to go to the front to ask her to fix it. I appreciate that she did clean up what she missed, but the whole thing felt careless and the environment was cold. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Arlene was patient and kind, which made the whole experience so much easier. The space is clean and calming, with warm lighting instead of harsh brightness, and the smaller rooms feel more private and comfortable. It really helped me feel less overwhelmed during such a sensitive service.
Azu is the best!! She is so lovely and does such an amazing job! I’m always so happy with the results. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful too. No complaints about this place at all—highly recommend!
