I cannot say enough great things about Union Eleven. We hired Derrick for our wedding day and he made the whole process so easy. Leading up to the day, he was available for meetings as needed and answered all of our questions. On our wedding day, he showed up early and was prepared with what he wanted to shoot. He made the entire process so easy and was so great to work with. He made us feel so comfortable the entire day and had great suggestions for photo spots and poses. He had our wedding photos back to us within 2 weeks of our wedding which was incredible. We really appreciate everything Derrick and Union Eleven did for us! We highly recommend using them for your big day.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Andrew Geddes for our wedding in June 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final photos. From our very first meeting to the last shot of the night, Andrew was incredible. His professionalism, calm energy, and clear expertise truly stood out. Derrick is an exceptional photographer who captured every special moment of our day seamlessly. His kind heart, sense of humour and attention to detail made us feel at ease during the planning process and on our big day. We highly recommend Union Eleven to anyone getting married.
Union Eleven was highly recommended to us by several friends, so we had high expectations from the start - Derrick and Andrew still managed to exceed our every expectation. We cannot emphasize enough how incredible the Union Eleven team was throughout our entire wedding process. Communication was clear and prompt, and every question (many!) was addressed. The whole process felt organized, and Derrick and Andrew made sure they understood all of our preferences for the wedding weekend with a written plan well in advance. We had so many guests comment on how friendly and warm Andrew and Derrick were! They quickly learned the names of each of our family and wedding party members, and continued to address everybody by name throughout the entire weekend. Part of our wedding weekend included our Indian wedding. Multiple staff members at the ceremony venue were very impressed by how impeccably Derrick and Andrew followed each of the requests outlined to them during the ceremony by the venue. Throughout the entire weekend both Andrew and Derrick were so efficient and unobtrusive, while paying careful attention to the details, and notifying us of opportunities to take time sensitive shots. The end result was a collection of photos and video that captured the feeling of our celebration perfectly, and that blow us away every single time we view them. Union Eleven was one of best decisions we made for our wedding. We felt that they were completely dedicated to making our wedding weekend run as smoothly as possible, and genuinely excited to capture an amazing shot over and over again. Thank you, Derrick and Andrew, a million times over, for documenting so many wonderful memories that we will cherish forever!!
We booked Union Eleven for our Indian wedding in September 2025 and we couldn’t be happier with the photos and video! They were prompt and professional during the planning process and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. They returned our photos/videos very quickly after the wedding and did not miss a single key moment. They moved quietly throughout the day, making sure not the disrupt or distract from the festivities. It’s like they were invisible but seriously captured everything!! We also absolutely loved that the team captured photos and video of all the guests as well, and focused on all the key guests/family members at all the right moments. This was very important for us to have them reflected in our photos/videos, as well as ourselves. Andrew, Derek, and Courtney all have a fun but professional energy - they are excited to be there and help you capture your day! 11/10!!!
