You pay money hoping for a good, stable start to promoting your business and generating orders, but your business is handed over to inexperienced remote workers who aren't even based in the US. They're absolutely terrible at communication and recommending promotional work, and they use cheap/free apps to create the same logos. A well-deserved one star. A complete waste of time during my business's peak sales season.
