My doctor is Snow Hu. I felt at ease asking her questions about my prescription and eye health. I was worried that she would get annoyed about my lists of questions and concerns, but she took her time to explain every single thing. Even after the appointment when I tried to call her again about more questions, she took her time to explain everything. She even helped me fill in my form to get a rebate. I genuinely wish people can see the level of care she provided for me. If you really want a doctor that wants the best for her patients, then I highly recommend you come here.
Dr. Chun and her staff are so knowledgeable and very nice! I love getting all my eye care at her office. She not only is an incredible eye doctor, but she has an array of certificates. Dr. Chun keeps her ongoing education.. She knows how to make you comfortable, with her warm bedside manner. Incredible doctor.! Incredible practice.!
I had an excellent experience at this clinic. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was warm, friendly, and very professional. All the staff members were kind and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My son also had a detailed eye evaluation that his school requested, and Doctor Show Hu was extremely patient and caring with him. My husband was also seen and received the same high-quality care. Doctor Show Hu was very thorough during all the exams and explained everything clearly. We truly appreciated her care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional service.
I have been going to Dr. Chung’s office for more than thirty years. Her office has always taken the best care of my eyes and my eye concerns. The team is extremely professional and easy to talk to. They have the best “out of the box” glass frames that I have seen. I have recommended this office to many friends and have gotten rave reviews!
