i was visiting from overseas back in December, it was boxing day and although most gyms was closed, Ashley allowed me to come train in the morning with him! The space is nice, clean and tidy and got great equipment to get a good functional style training session in! i appreciated it a lot! when ever im back over visiting again i’ll sure be dropping by
I used to hate the gym. Just the thought of walking into a packed space filled with confusing equipment, intimidating people, and no real guidance was enough to keep me away…until I found Unit 7. The small group personal training approach changed everything for me. The coaches - Ash, Kelly, Adam, Laurent , Byron, Kane ( shout out to everyone single one of them ) take time to understand where you coming from and will guide you and will get you where you want to be- safely! The community is what keeps me coming back. No judgment, just good people lifting each other up. My gym anxiety is gone, I have more energy, my mental health improved and I look forward to my classes. Thanks for everything and I’m sure you’ll keep it up!
Unit 7 is the best gym I’ve been to, from day one meeting you’re coach, makes you feel at ease everything is explained in detail, Simple steps joining and step by step setting up your apps a goals. F7 group sessions are a great way to train and the community in the gym is outstanding, each coach I have trained with are trained highly and coach an guide you in every step Week catch up with your coach on progress an food plans, but coach is available all the time, Ash and the team have somthing really good going here, make you feel comfortable, part of unit 7 and most importantly safe, Having tried serval other PT gyms I can recommend this gym and is ran at the highest level, Keep going U7
Lovely gang down at Unit 7. I had Ash as a rehab PT post ankle surgery. Very attentive and knowledgeable, as well as endlessly encouraging, with a holistic wellbeing and strength/fitness ethos. Everyone else at the gym is also super friendly and helpful. Great facilities and equipment, always clean and pristine. Excited to start the F7 program now that I'm moving well again, thanks to Ash!
