Sam Lucas is phenomenal, he gave me my life back. The physical therapist in the ER recommended Sam and made sure I had an appointment on the books with Sam before my hospital discharge. Sam delivered in every possible way: he diagnosed my condition during the first 10 minutes of my visit and immediately got me going with a PT plan. Sam clearly explained what happened to my body, how the exercises would help, encouraged me, and gave me appropriately challenging exercises geared to my life and job. Bonus is the genuine high fives as you progress. Trust Sam's process and you'll have the best possible outcome for your situation.
I really enjoyed working with my trainer to adjust my therapy as needed when a week was just too hard and increase my therapy when I was beginning to feel better! They are very accommodating with schedule options as well.
Every time I go to PT I have a great time. The front desk staff are so kind, and Claire has helped me tremendously with my shoulder recovery. She always answers my questions and works hard to find the root cause of any difficulties I’m having. I feel like I’m in good hands!
Sam Lucas is a superb vestibular therapist. Actually, I am not sure you could find anyone better. He is skilled, professional, knowledgeable, kind, understanding and extremely helpful. Add to that a sense of knowing just the right treatment and a delightful sense of humor, and you have exactly the expert therapist you need. My first visit to United PT on E Northern Lights. They did not make me wait at all and the front desk people were friendly and patient with me (I am in the upper years of my life span). Sam was friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this business to all my friends and family.
