This company has to have something against colored people I have tried on three different occasions to use their services and each time I’m turned down!!!! This isn’t right. They completely ruined my family event.
Very nice people I returned some stuff for my boss today very helpful in unloading the stuff and so easy to do. Highly recommended this place for renting stuff that nobody owns.
We have used United for 3 weddings and now a birthday party and I cannot recommend them enough! Their staff is knowledgeable and kind, will answer crazy questions like ‘do you have a glass for Aperol Spritz?’ Do yourself a huge favor and use this team!
We used United for our wedding, and they were amazing to work with. Micki was always very responsive and helpful! They had a great selection, and the staff in the showroom (I think his name was Stevon) were extremely accommodating and went above & beyond. Definitely recommend!
United Rent-all helped with all of our rental needs for our wedding! Our venue was a blank slate, so we worked with United for everything from tables and chairs to linens and dish ware and everything in between. Their staff was very helpful and accommodating to our changing plans (aka planning a wedding during COVID). They had done events at our reception venue (Durham Museum) before, so were very knowledgeable about the best set-up and layout plans. Everything was set up on-time and looked great! They do have some rather exuberant fees for labor and delivery, so be sure to ask about those ahead of time and factor into your budget.
