My thermostat stopped working. Universal had a tech out the same day. He was friendly, identified the issue in minutes, and had it replaced quickly. The price was very reasonable, and he even gave me a quick tutorial on the new programmable features. Great job!

They replaced a 60 year old furnace with this new Goodman 3 ton. The job went smooth and quick and the crew was clean and professional. I got the Google Nest Thermostat included with it and they paid the tax. It was easier for me to install and connect with the Nest App than the Google Home app so that is working and will be very convenient to control the furnace from a cell phone app.

Once I accepted their estimate — which was completely fair compared to two other companies I quoted — they came in, did the job efficiently, and even checked our other AC units to make sure everything was in good shape.
