We rented 48” round tables and tablecloths for our ‘Bonjour Bebe’ shower and they worked perfectly with our theme. We were able to comfortably seat 7 people around each table. Great customer service, very reasonable, great communication. Will definitely use Universal for our next event!

Arthur and his team did an outstanding job for our event, RecoveryFest STL 2025. 10 tents, lots of tables, chairs. Everything was done as requested and agreed. Setup was done quickly the Saturday before the event, everything was set up where agreed when we arrived Sunday for the festival. This is our fourth annual event, with 35 vendors, 2,500 attendees, 3 bands. I wish we'd used Universal the 3 previous years. No hassles, no issues, just tents, chairs, tables set up exactly where we wanted them. I can't recommend Universal Rentals and Events highly enough.

We recently had a party during the weekend of high winds, hail, tornadoes and power outages. Tom and his crew went above and beyond to make it happen. They not only put the tent up on a Wednesday, they came back on Friday to take it all down due to the weather forecast, to return Sat. AM to put it all back up and bring a generator knowing we were still without power. They were awesome to work with!

Universal went above and beyond with service and accommodating my tent rental request. They provided lights, tables, chairs and linens at my last minute request. They set up quickly without disturbing my lawn, made sure I was happy before they left and clean up happened quickly and quietly. I'd highly recommend them for any party rental needs, they were professional, courteous and had excellent pricing compared to others around St Louis. They are locally owned and I always support these businesses. Awesome job and I'll definitely use them again.
