My experience working with Universal roofing contractors was excellent. My project manager David Alger was on top of all aspects of my project. It was pretty large (around 90 squares total ) for residential including my main house roof, gutter work and solar attic fan upgrades along with a separate pole barn structure roof. Their drone captured some damage I didn’t even know about on the main house and was thoroughly captured in my estimate. Overall pricing was not the cheapest of my estimates, but I felt the level of service and “one stop shop” to fix anything while replacing my roof is and was a definite plus. No worrying about a middle man to point fingers about any repairs or gutter work that needed done!!! The materials I chose were absolutely the highest end shingles possible in the market today so I am sure that had something to do with pricing, but I wouldn’t change anything as my home is my asset!!! Thank you to the universal contractor team for a smooth well performed project!!!
I cannot say enough about this company. Especially David, Karson and Igor. From the moment David came out to write the estimate I knew right away he not only cares about his job, but the customer. The follow up from him and Karson has been top notch and I could not ask for better service. Karson takes his time to explain next steps and calls you when he says he is going to. Igor their gutter guy is the best in the business. He cares about the work he is doing and wants to ensure no matter what it is done the right way. All three gentlemen will keep me coming back for repeat business. Thanks again for being best in class.
We are so happy that we went with Universal Roofing to replace and update our roof. They made the entire process so easy and stress free. It started with Daniel who expertly guided us through the process to include picking out the color, shingle and roof options, to Marissa scheduling and setting up our roof project to our site supervisor Justin, who expertly oversaw the roof replacement and crew, including leaving the site immaculate. Justin and crew knocked it out of the park. The entire Universal team that we had went above and beyond, and we are happy that we choose Universal for our roof replacement. We interviewed multiple companies, and in the end we decided on Universal. Best decision we could have made. If you need an expert team for your roof project, you can’t go wrong with Universal Roofing and Contracting.

My husband and I called Universal Roof to set up an appointment for an estimate to replace our roof and 3 skylights. Our call was answered promptly and an appointment was set the next week. Dalton came out and showed us the differences between shingles, walked our roof to measure our skylights and assess the condition of the plywood underneath the shingles. He was very thorough, professional and informative. He suggested we install roof vents instead of using our old vents. We decided to use Universal Roof and not get any other estimates based on Dalton's presentation. We are so pleased with the communication, workmanship, and quality of our new roof!! Jarod, the project manager, came out to inspect all the materials that had been delivered for our roof installation the next day. He discovered that one of our skylights was missing, and promised that he would have it in his truck the next morning. He did!! Our roof is fantastic, our skylights are beautiful, no leaks!! Even through Tropical Storm Debby. They were great to work with, have a fantastic product, and a professional team all around.
