I don’t think I’ll ever find the right words to express how much this place means to me. The women’s program is absolutely incredible—and while the price is great, that was never what mattered most to me. What matters is how I feel every single time I walk in, and the energy I leave with when I walk out. The staff is genuinely amazing—warm, welcoming, and supportive. The women who take the class are just as inspiring, from teenagers to strong, beautiful adults. We all come from different backgrounds and experiences, but we share one common goal: to empower ourselves, protect ourselves, and keep doing what we love. I truly wouldn’t be the woman I am today without this place. After going through a lot earlier this year, this program—and the women in it—helped pull me out of a dark space and reminded me of my strength. If you’re considering trying a class, do it. The only regret you’ll have is not showing up for yourself and giving yourself the chance to experience something this life-changing.
My kids had so much fun in the free trial class. They were made to feel comfortable and it didn’t feel like a new place after just a few minutes. Looking forward to lots of memories to come here! My boys can’t wait to go back!
Great experience and tons of fun! The coaches are very kind and super knowledgeable. The students are very welcoming and helpful to new students. It’s very much a family and a safe environment for everyone. There is plenty of parking. The facility is clean and organized. They have a wide range of class types, class times and price points. I am very grateful to have this gym so close to home!
Uprising MMA is an amazing place that offers a fantastic experience for everyone, no matter their age or background. What truly sets this gym apart is its incredible atmosphere, particularly for women. It's more than just a place to work out; it's a supportive environment where women can feel empowered to get fit and build a strong, healthy community. The coaches are fantastic at making sure everyone feels welcome and challenged in a positive way. But it's not just for adults. The kids' programs at Uprising MMA are outstanding. They do a wonderful job of teaching valuable skills while also making it fun. I've seen firsthand how the kids' classes help young members develop confidence and discipline. It's a perfect way for them to get great exercise in a safe and structured environment. Whether you're a woman looking for a supportive place to train or a parent wanting your child to build confidence and stay active, Uprising MMA is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
