Out of all the details that go into planning a wedding, the most stressful one was renting a silly little bounce house from this company. Their communication was slow and inaccurate, often requiring multiple follow up messages before getting an answer. On multiple occasions, I was given false measurements and descriptions that didn’t match the product I received on the day of. It wasn’t until after my contract was signed and I had made a deposit, that they provided additional detail details about the space and measurements of the product I was renting. It wasn’t until an hour before my reception when the product was finally delivered that I knew whether it was going to be able to fit in our venue or not. Unfortunately, working with this company was my most stressful wedding experience and I would not recommend using their services.
Booked this venue on December 14th 2024 it was a Okay venue for the price paid a little smaller than I thought but was doable. We were told we would have a total of 20 tables and 50 chairs that came with the venue including covers for the table and chairs but when I arrived there where only 10 tables out to use so I called the host for verification in the amount and she told me that I would have to get the rest of the tables out the closet that was full of things and way to the back of the closet which was an inconvenience cause we here on a time frame to set up the party and it took away about 15 minutes of our time to pull out the tables. The covers for the chairs was short 4 so we had 4 chairs without covers the tables was dirty with food stains and wasn’t clean and the covers for the tables where dirty as well with stains that I had to wipe out i wasn’t as pleased as I thought I would be I give this place a 3 star rating. Although I didn’t have the best experience with this venue The host does respond in a timely fashion.
Hired Dominique and Robert to construct a balloon backdrop for my boho-themed baby shower last month. They were extremely professional and very communicative throughout the entire design process! Both Dominique and Robert ensured that my needs were met and even exceeded my expectations with the final design that they crafted! All of my guests were extremely impressed with how gorgeous the backdrop turned out and I truly felt like a goddess posing in front of it! If you are looking for a lovely focal point to showcase at your next event, book the Delks! You won't be disappointed :)
Even with a hiccup @Staples with them not printing the poster on time, Upscale came through & hooked up this balloon easel setup for my twin nieces Sweet 16 just in time!! She was great at communicating and keeping me updated and did a great job finding a new printer at the last minute. It turned out perfect & just what I envisioned! The balloon setup completed the look for the Photo Booth and my twin nieces loved it!
It was a pleasure booking the space for product photography. I really enjoyed that Rob had a prep area on the site to help me with camera settings so that help me with saving time messing around with settings. Nique was very helpful and they were very accommodating.
