Son loves it here. But the place hass been getting kind of gross... I get that toddlers ans kids play here, but equipment appears to be breaking down and I havent seen a lot of progress in fixing it. Some stuff has been broken since we first came here months and months ago. The ball area with the launchers is pretty cool, but none of the launchers work and there are like 10 balls for the remaining things that do work. They fixed the car merry go round in the toddler place but didn't put it back where it was and now a power cord is a trip hazard in there. Its january and the projector on the floor in the white slide is still from when they did a Halloween thing... We get it, its kids its gonna get dirty, things will break but they need to be periodically cleaned and refreshed. We still love it... but... we dont love the condition its in and the direction its going.
My 3 year old son absolutely loves coming here, but the place needs a deep clean and refurbishment. Rips in the padding that could be trip hazards. Dust on everything. The pillow blocks in the infant and toddler area need a wash. They did rescue the ride-on merry go round so they are listening. Most of the guns still don't work. Great place for kids to get their ya-yas out, but needs some love. We have a membership so we will update any progress.
This place has really gone downhill. It used to be a place that I could let my grandkids play without hovering over them too much. Now it has become a safety hazard. Specifically the toddler area is very dangerous. The merry go round with ride on vehicles (the motorcycle) has sharp visible screws sticking out from the base. It used to turn on its own but that feature no longer works. The other little merry go round that 2-3 people can sit in has a torn pad on the right side with a metal pipe exposed. There used to be padded blocks in the ball pit to play with but none were in it. Overall the place is absolutely filthy. The one positive thing is the young people who work here. They tried to address the problems as much as they could on their own and contacted a manager by phone. They were kind and courteous . Im not posting this just to complain. Im truly hoping the manager and owner will take what I have to say to heart and fix these dangers. Uptown Jungle needs a major facelift. Update 1/5/26 Still 1 star! I had the grands today and figured I would check on this location to see if they improved. Sadly there was still a metal pipe poking out of the toddler merry go round! We went to the McKellips location instead. The staff, cleanliness and condition of the equipment there is top notch. I urge parents not to take their children to the Chandler location. It is dangerous.
Super cute! Toddlers and older kids can all have fun here. My 15 month old loved the toddler slide and tiny trampoline.
Georgetta took such great care of us today. She got out a cute craft project and helped the kids make beaded bracelets and candy canes. They seriously have the nicest staff at this place. We purchased 3 hours of play time, which is a really long time to run around. The kids really enjoyed a little break to craft and recharge before hitting the trampolines again. Georgetta also does toddler time each day and puts on a little puppet show and gives the kids stickers. It was pretty cute! Way to go above and beyond.
