The kiddos I took there were 13 & 9 and they enjoyed this place a lot. There are so many different things for them to do, not just jump on a trampoline. I really liked it and would recommend for all ages!
They removed the parent lounge area and turned it into another party area. There is little space for parents to sit and the seats they do have are about as comfortable as a bus stop bench. The staff used to always be friendly. This is the last time I’m coming here. They were rude, and shamelessly flirting with other patrons and customers. I’d rather go to the Rush Fun Park off of 67th and Peoria instead. Close and so much better.
Hosted my son’s 5th birthday party there two weeks ago. Overall the park is very nice, a lot to do, and very clean, which is why I gave it 3 stars. AS far as HOSTING a party there, I don’t believe it’s worth it and would encourage others to think twice. Just like other parks, you get 1.5 hours in the room, but unlike other parks, opening gifts with your guests (which is A BASIC BIRTHDAY ACTIVITY!) isn’t allowed. In fact as your guests walk in, they literally take the gifts from them and put them on a cart. So everyone who’s excited to see your gift be open, won’t get that chance, and your child who very much will want that moment, won’t get it either. Also, they throw the MANDATORY gratuity in there right at the end. I was a server for 10 years so I never mind tipping, but why isn’t that included in the over $350 price tag we already had!? Also, I’m sorry but the gratuity is extremely high for the amount of service you receive. Every single item I needed, I had to go searching for, they brought the wrong amount of pizzas, there wasn’t anything to clean up really, and you’re serving yourself the entire time, and have to open the door and yell for the host if you need anything. If you’re getting 20% gratuity for a party, you need to actually be there! You need to host and make it worth it! This isn’t an unreasonable request, considering it’s mandatory! Overall if cleanliness is your priority, you’ll be happy, but for a party, there’s so many other places with less red take and hoops to jump through, for the same price and lower. Update since the response: I would encourage you to change your signature receipt if the gratuity isn’t mandatory, because it’s the receipt that gives that perception, not your staff. Also, thank you for acknowledging the gift opening. I understand your policy, I just think it’s silly, considering every other park in town is the same amount of play time, but somehow lets guests open gifts. Gifts are a major part of the party. People WANT to see you open them and appreciate it. So for those who find that important, they shouldn’t book their party at your park. A lot of our guests were older, and weren’t there to play. Why would I want to keep the party going at my house, when I just paid hundreds of dollars for the convenience of NOT having a party at my house? Thank you for your professional and prompt response.
My son and I have been going here for about 6 years and we absolutely love it. The membership is extremely affordable and if you’re not ready to commit they do offer tickets on Groupon. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is because cause they recently took away the parent lounge to make room for another birthday party which sucks. Especially because it’s a place where parents bring their kids. So now the parents have to just sit in the front. Other than that I love it!
Was recommended by a friend so our first time visiting. Loved it. Kids loved it. Had a parents room with massage chairs and chargers! This place was great!
