We had a wonderful first visit and were so satisfied with all the care and attention our dog Gus got from Uptown Vet. From our first call, we knew we found the perfect fit for us. The front desk folks listened to our needs and helped arrange an appointment quickly, arranged to get our dog’s medical records and texted us a confirmation of everything we talked about. Senior dogs can be especially challenging and ours is no exception. Dr Becker spent so much time with us reviewing our dog’s records and history, asking questions and listening to everything we had to say. She took her time and was so caring and compassionate. Even our follow up questions the next day were handled quickly and professionally. Thanks Uptown Vet for being there for us when we were new to the area and needed quick attention for our baby!!! We had the best experience we could have wished for.

I can't begin to express just how spectacular Uptown Veterinary Hospital and ALL of the team have been during Cosmo’s diagnosis and surgery to remove numerous bladder stones. Friendly, compassionate, professional and skilled are only a few of their exceptional qualities. I was updated with photos of Cosmo and text messages frequently throughout the entire day. Uptown Veterinary Hospital is fabulous, awesome, amazing, impressive, etc, etc, etc. THANKS to everyone from the bottom of my heart. Cosmo says "I love all of you"!! 🐶♥️💖😘

I was considering bringing my cat to Uptown Veterinary but I noticed their prices are VERY EXPENSIVE compared to other vets in the area. I also noticed on the many negative reviews that the owner Dr. Jen seems very quick to say why the client is wrong and the practice did nothing wrong. That is a huge red flag for me. In fact, I'm curious to see her response here telling me about how and why I'm wrong. Lots of other less expensive, higher rated vets in the area.

Since getting my dog Whiskey, we’ve visited a couple different vet offices in Charlotte. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Uptown Vet is by far superior to any others! One particular day my dog Whiskey had a hot spot and they went above and beyond in their accommodation of us. They got us in same day and made sure that he had everything he needed, they even followed up to ensure he was doing ok after the fact! I can’t recommend them enough and would highly recommend Uptown Vet to anyone in the area!
