I actually forgot to post this review a few days ago, but I wanted to make sure I shared my experience. I went to Urban Air with my family about three days ago, and we all had a great time. The staff was really attentive, and I especially want to mention a worker named Jonathan. He was extremely kind and patient with my kids, and his customer service and communication were excellent. It made the whole experience even better. The food was good, the place was clean, and there was plenty to do. Laser Tag was super fun, and my kids didn’t want to leave. Overall, it was a really enjoyable family outing, and I definitely recommend Urban Air if you’re looking for something fun to do.

We had an amazing experience at Urban Air! Our party host, Ashley, was absolutely outstanding attentive, professional, and always right on time with everything we needed. She made the entire event run smoothly from start to finish. We were also warmly greeted by the GM, Mr. Cuevas, which added an extra level of hospitality. If you’re in the El Paso area, make sure to book your next party with Urban Air and definitely ask for Ashley. Highly recommend!

We recently attended a birthday party here with my two young daughters, ages 2 and 5, and unfortunately, it was a very stressful and unpleasant experience. The place was not at all conducive to a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. First off, the lighting was extremely poor. It was so dark that I could barely see my 5-year-old, and I spent most of the time frantically looking around to make sure she was safe and close. The lack of proper lighting made it impossible to relax and enjoy the event. The food situation was also a mess. It was served on the floor, which was not only unhygienic but also made it difficult for my little ones to eat comfortably. I wasn’t able to enjoy the party at all because I was too busy making sure my girls didn’t get hurt or wander off in the darkness. Overall, I left feeling exhausted and frustrated. It's not the kind of environment where parents can feel at ease while their kids are running around. Definitely not coming back here for any future events. I really hope the venue improves its lighting, cleanliness, and overall safety for families with young children

This place is awesome. Visited here on a Saturday afternoon and It was pretty crowed. We bought 3 platinum tickets with 1 deluxe and one 5and under tickets. They applied a discount and then gave us an additional military discount which brought our total to $102 for 5 people. I like that they give you air socks there at the counter free of charge because you and your kids are going to need them to maneuver the jungle gyms without slipping and falling. Will definitely visit again soon.

The reason I am giving this place a one star rating is because there is absolutely no safety checks in place , children can easy run off and no one is manning or watching the doors. I know its a parents responsibility to watch their children but when there is a jungle gym with multiple ways to get in and out and notfully knowing that this could be a recipe for disaster. In this the in age you just have to do better job for the safety and piece of mind of your guests. The place is very clean and it makes for a good family outing. The prices are fair and there are plenty of courses to go play in. Food and Drinks are reasonably priced as well. The staff there is friendly as well. The place is very well laid out. Plenty of places to sit and relax but until there is a better system in place to protect children I stand by my rating Do Better for our Children Urban Air
