First visit with our monthly memberships & my granddaughters could not get enough of the Go Karts! There was plenty of staff everywhere you looked & for such a young age working the park they were all so kind, respectful, and helpful. I am not sure of the girls name in the cafe that went above & beyond for us after a mishap with our order but she had a long dark ponytail and is very much appreciated for her professionalism.
Been many times first time however booking a party! Highly recommend the VIP party. Host helps so much! Plus you get 3 pizzas, and a pass to come back for birthday kiddo. Worth the 75 extra, IMO :)
Paid for the premium birthday package that supposedly covers all the activities. VR was rarely open when we were there. None of our group got to play that. They shut the rock climbing area down early so half of our group did not get to go on that either. The food was fine, our party host was lovely, room was decorated, and the stuff we did do was fun other than the long wait times which were 30 minutes for Zipline. Garbages were overflowing everywhere and bathrooms were a mess. All the ways to be 5 Star are possible if they just staffed appropriately. Lots of great potential for this to be the best play place in the area if they had more workers.
We took our kids on a Monday afternoon and they had an awesome time. Very few people and everything seemed clean and working. The only negative I experienced was the workers seemed very uninterested and not friendly at all.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it does cost a lot, they were out of normal sized socks, and their food was not very good. Other than that, this place is amazing! It kept the kids busy and interested for over 5 hours! With that being said, they got their money's worth! I'd get the pass that covers everything, though. Makes a big difference on what the kiddos can do. The staff was all super nice, helpful, and friendly. Just make sure you do the waiver online before you go or you might have to wait in line there to do it.
