Brought our kids here for the first time on NYE, and it didn’t disappoint. It wasn’t over-crowded, employees were kind and helpful, and our kids had a blast with all the activities. The go-kart line was never long but it still took at least 30 minutes to get from the line to actually riding, which was annoying as they easily could have used more karts. However, once riding, our kids enjoyed them and it was a favorite activity. Surprise of the day? Their food is DELICIOUS. Genuinely tasty, doughy flavorful pizza for An awesome price and they even make their own lemon pepper and spicy honey sauce for their wings. That was impressive. I never buy food from places like this because of quality and price, but these guys absolutely are worth it. 10/10 will return.
I will say that when this place first opened it was much better. I now have to be here with my teenager because she’s under 18 because they don’t seem to have a good staff to control the chaos. There’s no one monitoring the jump areas, there’s nowhere to sit, and they have a bunch of half broken massage chairs that will charge you but don’t do anything. The price seems high enough and they’re busy enough that they should be able to have things in better repair. Its not terrible but it used to be better.
Was my first time here. Went for a going away party. It was a lot of fun for the kiddo the kids all seem to have a really good time lots of fun things to do. Bouncing around, a maze, Bungie climbing, tether obstacle course, go carts, arcade games. It got really busy but didn't feel overly crowded which was nice. You do have to buy their grippy socks though FYI! On a side note they do have alcoholic beverages if that's your thing I know a lot of people complimented them having that there. And they serve food and other snacks to. Overall I think it's a great place so many things for the kiddos to do and run crazy! The floors around the tables were a little sticky in some areas. But many staff there checking on things and making sure the kiddos are safe.
Urban Air is a fantastic spot for kids to burn off energy and explore a wide variety of activities. From trampolines to climbing walls, obstacle courses, and go-karts, there’s no shortage of fun here. My kids had a blast, and it’s clear this place is designed with high-energy play in mind. 👍 What stood out: • Guest service was exceptional – staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. • Play areas were clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind as a parent. • Go-karts were a hit – smooth ride, well-organized, and a great thrill for the kids. • Food prices were surprisingly reasonable for an indoor adventure park. 🚗 A few things to note: • Parking was a bit tight, especially during peak hours. • Dining area cleanliness could be improved – one table had an unclaimed pizza box that sat untouched our entire visit, which made the space feel less sanitary than it probably was. 💰 Overall rating: 4 stars – mainly due to the higher admission price. That said, the experience was worth it for the variety of activities and the joy it brought to the kids. Would definitely return – just hoping for a cleaner dining area next time!
Giving my experience with other parks I have to say this was impressive. It was clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. They guided the children well. So kudos to them. Thanks. And please keep it up.
