This was my first experience at Urban Air and honestly this place set the standard the staff, the cleanliness the vibe is just amazing. Each and every employee gave amazing customer service, but I want to specifically shout out Anthony, Josh, and the manager on shift Ce who all were so patient and accommodating! I will be returning when back in Florida. Thank you all for the great experience my children loved it.
The kids had a great time at Urban. My only complaint was that there weren't many options for younger kids in the shorty category. I also expected the arcade or some type of credit to be included with the platinum option.
We had my daughter's birthday party here on August 30th and my whole family had a blast. Our host was the best and the food was delicious. This is the second time I used Urban Air to celebrate her birthday.
Good for kids above 2 years. For less than years kids, options are less. Only 1-2 games are playable. For big toddlers this is the best place for physical activities. Fun, food, exercise, practice, games, karts- so many things to do. I will go again when my kiddo is above 2 yrs.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this place today to bring my kids, and while there, I went to the café to order food for my ONE-year-old son. Twenty-five minutes after I placed and paid for the order, I went back to check—only to find the kitchen staff standing outside. I asked about my order, and they had no idea it even existed. My baby had been waiting, hungry, all that time. Only after I asked did they begin to prepare the food. Five minutes later, I returned again—now upset—and asked for a refund. It had been over 30 minutes for two simple chicken tenders and fries. I asked to speak to the manager. When the manager arrived, the staff member (the one in the photo) admitted, right in front of him, that the kitchen only received the order two minutes before. Their excuse? “The system was slow.” I asked for my money back, and instead they offered me a couple slices of pizza. I accepted just two slices, not because I wanted them, but because my one-year-old was hungry. I went back to my table still without a refund. About 15–20 minutes later, I came back, and they told me they had canceled my order because they gave me pizza—which I never asked for. They called a second “manager,” and by the end of it, I had spent over an hour arguing and waiting for a basic meal. To make it worse, the two employees in the photo were laughing, giving me the runaround, and offering no solution at all. The girl in blue is the one who entered my order incorrectly, and the guy in green spent his time telling the story to his friends and laughing, instead of trying to help or fix the issue. This experience was completely unacceptable. I will never return, and I do not recommend this place—especially not to families with small children.
