We love this place cause there is never a wait even when busy. 3 of us go about once a month and they do great everytime. Love the complimentary wine selection and attention to detail 👌
Me, my mom and my little girl got pedicures here and they were phenomenal! All very kind and spent extra time going over and beyond for us! I was throughly impressed! Lina and Alice were incredible!
I specifically chose this shop based on their own claims of cleanliness and sanitation, and I will say they did somewhat meet those expectations. The staff was friendly enough. However, my massage chair never worked. Despite mentioning it at least four times, no attempt was made to move me to a chair that actually worked, which was highly disappointing. When I go for a pedicure, I want to relax. I actually had to remove my AirPod because the man working on me wanted to talk excessively and tell inappropriate jokes. My toenails were never cut—only filed—I actually had to cut them myself when I got home. The foot/leg massage was PAINFUL. I was never offered a beverage even though others around me were. Their prices are decent, though there was a $5 charge to remove my previous gel. I also didn’t appreciate being repeatedly upsold or offered services I clearly didn’t want. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely wasn’t the best. I left highly disappointed and will not return.
Terrible customer service. Terrible service all around. They promise you a buy one get one 50% off second service. But they won’t let you pick what service you want. I picked a $35 pedicure for me and my 3 daughters. I asked for gel with French tip, which I knew was an additional $15 for gel and an additional $15 for the French tips. But my tech, Neil, picked the $45 service for me and my kids, forgot to put the warm beanie thing around one of my kids necks, but yet charged me for that service…then talked me out of the French tip and said he had something better, and called it “chrome tips”. Didn’t tell me that service was an additional $15, on top of the $15. Costing me more money than I planned to spend. Then my 3 kids also got a mani/pedi and they rushed through it all, while one was doing their pedicures, another was doing their nails at the same time…and forgot to put the clear coat on the brides fingernails, causing lint and anything she touched to stick to her unfinished nails…and yet somehow at the end it cost me $396. Charged me an additional $2 x4 (twice) for which I thought were complimentary drinks, didn’t tell us that the wine and pop was going to be an additional fee also. None of us even got massages on our feet or legs, and they left wax all over our legs. Just extremely sloppy and rushed. My tech wouldn’t let me relax…he instead told jokes the entire time and ruined my relaxation period. I asked the lady that rang us up how did everything come to almost $400? She couldn’t and wouldn’t explain it to me. She instead screamed at me stating she wasn’t cheating me, in front of everyone. I never said she cheated me, all I asked was for an explanation. I never once raised my voice nor did I get ugly with her. But she was very ugly towards me for no reason. They took in other customers before us and made my daughter wait an additional 30 minutes for a tech to start on her full set causing us to be there longer for no reason. Then the next morning, I woke up to my gel nails peeling off my toes. If you zoom into the photo I posted…you can see the gel lifting off my pinky toe and second toe. But I didn’t have time to call and argue with them about their poor work, I had to leave out of town for my daughters wedding. Needless to say…I will NEVER go back to that place. I just had an overall horrible experience. Will definitely NOT be back. And my kids all said the same thing…they were rushing just to make as much money as they can in a short amount of time. Absolutely disgusting display of customer service. If I’m spending $400…at least make our experience to where we want to come back…NEVER AGAIN!
my nails are so cute!! the staff was really friendly and offered beverages. the lady doing my nails took her time and my nails came out exactly how i wanted!! definitely will be coming back! lovely service. $80 in total.
