Rachel was so sweet and super chill. I absolutely dread going to the doctor because I’ve had some bad experiences and overall have a lot of anxiety going to the doctors but this experience was great. Rachel is soft spoken, wasn’t in a rush and truly listened to all of my inquiries and recommended multiple products to try. I felt like I could trust her immediately, her overall energy was very good. Highly recommend her!
My mother is a dementia patient and I was really concerned that she would not do well with the procedure, but Dr. Hart was absolutely wonderful with her, as was Dr. Lindsay Reck, who handled my mom’s initial appointment. I couldn’t believe they were able to give my mom a shot to numb the area and remove the affected skin and everything went so smoothly and so quickly. I can’t even clip her fingernails without a lot of movement and resistance! Highly recommend these professionals. I will be making an appointment for myself.
This was my first time visiting with this particular doctor, Rachel Miller. She was excellent with my care. I normally see another doctor there but now I’m thinking I would prefer to switch to her. She was very attentive and even though she was running a little behind her schedule, she still gave me her full attention and didn’t rush me at all. Also, her intake nurse was very kind and considerate, and very attentive as well.
I was super nervous about my visit and Dr. Lindsay Reck was incredible! She immediately set my mind at ease and it turned out to be such a great experience, I left the office smiling and feeling much lighter. She was knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and made me laugh (which I needed more than I realized). I would recommend her in a heartbeat - in fact, I already have! Also - the clinic staff were absolute sweethearts! Lovely place!
We’ve been here for less than a year, and this was our very first medical visit. I was nervous and worried about communication issues, but the moment I met Dr. Hart, all my anxiety disappeared. She is warm, approachable, highly professional, and deeply responsible. The front desk staff and assistants are also very nice. Dr. Hart, thank you so much. Your kindness has made a real difference for me.
