I love quality of their handcrafted requintos. I purchased the palo santo requinto and it sounds phenomenal, unplugged and plugged. The tuning, resonance and full round sound of these instruments is phenomenal. All these said, the care, diligent and expert customer service was outstanding. I recommend anyone looking for folk and or acoustic quality instruments to come to U.S. Music Store, they’ll take good care of you.
US Music Store is fantastic and I highly recommend them! I have been looking for a tres cubano for many years now and FINALLY found one at this store! They have a wide range of instruments that are difficult to find elsewhere in the US. John was incredibly helpful, as was Bryant. I live in Hawaii, and they put a lot of effort into making sure I got a tres I would be happy with, and shipping it here safely. It arrived in perfect condition. It sounds incredible, and it's absolutely gorgeous! Thank you, John and Bryant!
The best music shop ive ever worked with! Not only did they answer all my questions, they packed it up and shipped it to me with step by step instructions and video on the setup. I cannot imagine a better company to work with!
I bought a guitar online. The workmanship is incredible. My only qualm is with the bridge of the guitar. The neck and body are exquisite, with a delicate soft timbre that is quite loud. The neck is inlaid black and adorned with frets that are held ransom by a plastic bridge. These guitars would consume their eastern competitors, it's an injustice to the craftsman to price their work with material.
